Issues like mental health problems, comparison culture, and misinformation are becoming increasingly common. The pressure to maintain an online image often affects self-esteem and real-life relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution lies in balance. Awareness about responsible usage, digital literacy, and mental health support is essential.
